Terms of Service — Arrow Escape

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Arrow Escape app (package com.auspo.arrowescape, the “App”), published by Auspo Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We keep all rights in the App that these Terms do not expressly grant you.

What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Modify the App, or use automated tools, emulated input or modified builds to alter gameplay, falsify results, or obtain rewards without watching the ads that grant them.
• Interfere with the App's advertising, or with the services it depends on.
• Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law.

Free app, advertising, and rewards

The App is free to download and play. It is funded by advertising, which includes banner ads, full-screen ads shown between games, and optional rewarded ads. The only in-app purchase is the optional one-time “Remove ads” upgrade described below; there are no subscriptions.

A rewarded ad is one you choose to watch in exchange for an extra life when you run out, extra hints, an undo, and a restart. These rewards exist only inside the game. They are not property, hold no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and we may change or withdraw them at any time. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional, and ad availability depends on our advertising partners — sometimes no ad is available, and in that case the App may simply grant the reward or ask you to try again.

The “Remove ads” purchase

You can buy a one-time upgrade that permanently removes banner and full-screen ads and unlocks every level in the pack, so you can play them in any order. The price is shown in the App before you confirm, and payment is taken by Google Play under Google Play's Terms of Service; we never see your payment details. The purchase is tied to your Google Play account: if you reinstall the App, or install it on another device signed in to the same account, use “Restore purchase” to get it back at no extra cost. Rewarded ads remain available by choice — the upgrade removes the ads that interrupt play, not the ones you opt into for rewards. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

Your progress

The App does not use accounts. Your progress, best times, streaks, achievements and saved games are stored only on your device. We do not back them up or synchronise them. Clearing the App's data, uninstalling it, or losing the device will lose that progress permanently, and we cannot restore it.

Notifications

With your permission, the App may send reminder notifications about the daily challenge or to invite you back to play. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings without affecting the game.

Third-party services

The App uses services from Google, Mixpanel, Meta and RevenueCat for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, notifications and purchase processing. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms, and their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content of the ads they serve.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App, its levels, its difficulty, or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the App as a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory rights and protections given to you by the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
