Terms of Service — Bubble Pop Shooter

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Bubble Pop Shooter app (package com.auspo.bubbleshooter, the “App”), published by Auspo Apps (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. We keep all rights in the App that these Terms do not expressly grant you.

What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App or its content, including its level designs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Modify the App, or use automated tools, emulated input or modified builds to alter gameplay or falsify results.
• Interfere with the App's advertising, or with the services it depends on.
• Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law.

Free app, advertising, and the ad-removal purchase

The App is free to download and play, and is funded by advertising, which may include banner ads, full-screen ads, and optional rewarded ads. There are no subscriptions.

The App offers a single optional one-time purchase that removes advertising. Purchases are processed by Google Play — we never see or handle your payment details, and prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. The purchase is tied to the Google account that made it and can be restored on any device signed in to that account. Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy, not by us. If a purchase fails to unlock, contact us and we will help investigate.

Your progress

The App does not use accounts. Your level progress and stars are stored only on your device. We do not back them up or synchronise them. Clearing the App's data, uninstalling it, or losing the device will lose that progress permanently, and we cannot restore it. Your ad-removal purchase, by contrast, is tied to your Google account and can always be restored.

Third-party services

The App uses services from Google, Mixpanel, Meta and RevenueCat for advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchases. Your use of the App is also subject to their terms, and their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content of the ads they serve.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the App, its levels, its difficulty, or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove or rebalance levels. We do not promise the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost game progress, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the App as a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory rights and protections given to you by the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
